Not a big fan of multi's either to be honest, fine if you just want to noodle around and don't know what you want.
The gigging guitarists I've worked with who used them had 2 or 3 sounds programmed ...

I find it's hard to achieve a defined bass line with distortion, definitely an overdrive fan but I often find distortion too much, if you can control it it sounds kick-ass tho.

Guitar Dater Project comes up with nothing under 'Epiphone' but (more worryingly) under 'Gibson' this comes up as made in '31 at a factory that opened in '74...I can only hope you included a ...
