Why would it be fake?
it retails at £450, he's selling it for £300 plus the OTT £25 postage, there is a worldwide crash in the money markets and he's knocked a few quid off the price of a batch of ESP's that he can't shift, i think there will be a few more bargains like this coming up on ebay, why not make him a offer, he has the option there, offer him £275 so you get the postage for free.
also check out Thomann, they arent that far behind.
