Hi!'s post reminded me of an old hobby: putting stuff in Babel Fish, translating to another language (no Venezuelian, unfortunately!) and back...how is that site still going? Surely only for comedy value...
Here's my latest post via (Babel Fish's) German:

 , my wife teaches French and she couldn't make head/tail of some kid's homework; total Kafkafrog. I took one look at it and wrote a note at the bottom for her to hand back to the miscreant:
"I know what Babel Fish is - do you take me for an idiot? See me at lunchtime when you can redo this rubbish properly, computer nerd."
Quite a surprised look on the kid's face, she told me. |
